- We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Facility Manager.
- The ideal candidate will be working closely with the CEO and be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and the execution of in-house and external projects.
- Work closely with the CEO to ensure the timely and successful implementation of projects
- Plan and executive interior design projects for the brand as well as brand clients
- Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and security of office facilities
- Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services such as repairs and renovations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facility management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage office equipment and supplies inventory
- Plan and organize office moves and reconfigurations
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or related field
- Experienced in facility management, with proven track record of successful facility management
- Experienced in interior design and execution
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards related to facility management
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Tech savvy with good knowledge of social media marketing and advertising
